We have designed a streamlined returns system for your convenience. Visit this link to initiate your return. You are entitled to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt. You may open the package and check its contents; however, the product must be returned unworn and unwashed. All original packaging must be included with the product and should not be tampered with. After receiving your returned item, we may take up to 14 working days to process it. Please be aware that processing times may extend during holiday periods.
Please note that additional duties, taxes, or any extra charges that may occur during the return process will not be covered by Lost Intuitions. This is also applicable to returns from the UK.
*We recommend using DHL or UPS for your return shipping; USPS or Royal Mail are not advised due to potentially higher customs costs.
Please ensure with your carrier that your package will be delivered directly to our warehouse. If the package is delivered to a pickup point or an alternative address due to unpaid customs fees or other reasons, we may need to apply additional charges for the pickup service.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, based on your selected payment method.
Regrettably, we are unable to process exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a credit voucher and place a new order online.
